Installation
How do I install AgentAssists?
1. Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for "AgentAssists"
2. Click "Add to Chrome"
3. Click "Add extension" in the confirmation dialog
4. The extension icon will appear in your browser toolbar
5. Click the icon and sign in to start using AgentAssists
Is AgentAssists available on other browsers?
Currently, AgentAssists is available for Chrome. We are working on versions for Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified when they launch.
Account Issues
I can't log in to my account
Try these steps:
1. Make sure you're using the correct email address
2. Check your spam folder for verification emails
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
4. Try logging in from an incognito/private window
5. If problems persist, contact support with your account email
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account:
1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings
3. Scroll down to "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion
Note: This action is permanent and will delete all your data.
How to Use
How do I generate a reply?
1. Navigate to any post on X (Twitter), Reddit, LinkedIn, or Discord
2. Click the AgentAssists icon that appears near the reply box
3. Select your preferred tone (Professional, Witty, Friendly, etc.)
4. Click "Generate Reply"
5. Review and edit the generated reply
6. Click to insert it into the reply box

What is Safe Mode?
Safe Mode is our anti-ban protection feature. When enabled, it adds natural delays between actions and varies reply patterns to mimic human behavior. This helps protect your account from being flagged by platform algorithms.
Troubleshooting
The extension icon is not showing
Try these solutions:
1. Click the puzzle piece icon in your Chrome toolbar and pin AgentAssists
2. Refresh the page you're on
3. Make sure you're on a supported platform (X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord)
4. Check if the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions
5. Try reinstalling the extension
Replies are not generating
If replies aren't generating:
1. Check your internet connection
2. Make sure you're logged into AgentAssists
3. Verify you haven't exceeded your daily limit
4. Try refreshing the page
5. Check if you have an active subscription (for premium features)
6. Contact support if the issue persists
Billing & Plans
How do I upgrade my plan?
1. Click on the AgentAssists extension icon
2. Go to "Account" or "Billing"
3. Select your preferred plan
4. Complete the payment process
5. Your account will be upgraded immediately
